The right unit for every pipe.
A blocked gully and a silted main sewer are different jobs. We run a range of equipment, so you are not paying for a tanker when a van pack will do, or stuck with a van pack when the drain needs a tanker.
- 01Compact
Van pack unit
A compact high-pressure jetting unit built into a van. It is quick to mobilise and fits into tight yards, car parks and estate roads. The usual choice for blocked domestic and small commercial drains, gullies and short runs.
- 02Mid-range
Trailer & larger jetters
More hose and more flow for longer runs and larger pipes. Used to remove grease, scale and silt build-up, and for planned cleaning of drainage networks where a van pack would take too long.
- 03Combination
Jetting & vacuum unit
Jets and vacuums in one visit, so loosened debris is lifted out instead of being washed downstream. Suited to silty chambers, gullies, interceptors and pipes where waste must be removed, not moved.
- 04Heavy duty
JetVac tanker
A tanker with its own water supply and a large debris tank, jetting and vacuum-extracting at scale. Used for main sewers, culverts, large-diameter pipes and heavy silt, with the waste taken away for disposal.
Which unit suits which job.
A guide to how the equipment compares. We confirm the right choice once we know the pipe, the problem and the site.
| Van pack | Larger jetter | Combination | JetVac tanker | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Typical use | Blocked drains, gullies, short runs | Longer runs, grease and scale | Silt, chambers, interceptors | Main sewers, culverts, heavy silt |
| Access | Light: yards, car parks, estate roads | Van or trailer access | Room for a larger vehicle | Tanker access and room to set up |
| Debris | Flushed clear of the blockage | Jetted through the run | Lifted out by vacuum | Lifted out in volume and removed |
| Mobilisation | Fastest | Quick | Planned | Planned, with traffic management where needed |
From blockage to clear pipe.
A named contact, a plan for access and traffic management before we arrive, and a plain-English account of what was cleared.
- 01Surface
Assess & choose
We ask about the pipe, the problem and the site, then match the equipment to the job, from a van pack to a JetVac tanker.
- 02Below ground
Jet, descale & vacuum
High-pressure jetting clears the pipe with the right nozzle for the blockage. Where waste must be removed, it is vacuumed out.
- 03Delivery
Check & report
We confirm the pipe is clear, with CCTV before and after where you need it, and tell you plainly what was found.
One tanker. Jetting, then vacuum.
A JetVac tanker does both jobs from a single manhole. High-pressure jetting works upstream to break up the blockage, the debris washes back downhill, then the vacuum lifts the loosened waste out and into the tank, so nothing is left to settle further down the line.

Before you book.
If your question is not here, call and speak to a surveyor — not a call handler.
01Which unit do I need?
It depends on the pipe size, length, material and what is blocking it. Tell us about the problem and the site and we will recommend the smallest unit that does the job, then step up if the drain needs it.
02Should drains be cleaned before a CCTV survey?
Often, yes. A clean pipe gives the camera a clear view, so defects and connections are easier to see. We can combine cleaning and a CCTV survey in one visit.
03What happens to the waste?
With a vacuum or JetVac unit, debris is lifted into the tank and taken away for disposal in line with waste regulations. Tell us about any known contamination before we start.
04Can you work on live sites and busy roads?
Yes. Van packs suit tight, occupied sites. Tankers need room to set up and may need traffic management, which we plan with you in advance.
